Service description
Datam provides private, non-medical transportation and companion assistance. Each ride is subject to availability and is not confirmed until Datam speaks with the person arranging it.
Booking and confirmation
Submitting a form does not create a booking. Pickup, destination, timing, assistance, return arrangements, and price must be confirmed directly.
Changes and cancellation
Review required: Add the final cancellation and change policy before publishing. Any applicable terms should be explained before a ride is confirmed.
Payment
Review required: Add the final payment timing, accepted methods, invoice terms, and refund terms before publishing.
Passenger conduct
Riders and accompanying guests must behave respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions during the ride.
Assistance limitations
Datam can offer a steadying arm and practical help with doors, bags, and getting settled. Datam does not lift or carry passengers and is not equipped for non-folding power wheelchairs.
What the service does not include
Datam does not provide health services and is not an emergency service. Call 911 when immediate help is needed.
Liability
Legal review required: A qualified Texas attorney should draft or approve any limitation-of-liability, indemnity, dispute, or warranty language before publication.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. This clause must be reviewed with the rest of the terms before publication.
